Careers at East of Scotland Growers
At East of Scotland Growers, we work with some of the largest food retailers across the UK and also export our produce to Europe, so there’s no shortage of career opportunities across the group. While we’re rooted in agriculture, it takes a wide range of skills to keep things running smoothly. From technical and commercial roles to logistics and marketing, there’s plenty of room to grow. We’re committed to helping our people build careers they’re proud of and supporting them every step of the way.
How we work
Collectively creating a sustainable future
Working hand in hand with our environment, we bring together a network of farmer families who share a commitment to quality, collaboration and sustainable farming. Our brand community includes ESG Co-operative, our collective of growers, ESG Drysdale, our fresh produce supplier, ESG Natural Fibres, our natural long fibre producer and Growers Garden, our Scottish snack brand that produces crisps from fresh vegetables that are considered too wonky for major retailers. All focused on delivering high quality products, from field to customer, with sustainability at the heart of everything we do.
