ESG Drysdale

ESG Drysdale is a commercial organisation and one of the UK’s leading vegetable suppliers, providing a transparent route to retail, backed by expert commercial and technical teams.

Originally a farm-based enterprise, ESG Drysdale have grown to become a year-round, seed-to-shelf supplier. In addition to being a grower, they operate state-of-the-art production packhouses and storage facilities, enabling the processing and supply of value-added vegetables to supermarkets, B2B and foodservice markets nationwide.

ESG Drysdale’s main products are Brussels sprouts, broccoli, swede and cauliflower, along with a wider range of vegetable crops, produced in the fertile Scottish soils over a 200 mile radius. The geographical spread of our production allows less flushing and more consistent supply of both availability and quality.

Growers Garden

Growers Garden, our pioneering snack brand, was founded in 2019 by 16 farming families in Fife to turn surplus or ‘wonky’ vegetables into high-quality snacks that promote sustainability and healthy eating. The collective has since expanded across Scotland as more growers have embraced the power of working together to tackle food waste.

Since launch, Growers Garden has invested £2 million in a state-of-the-art extrusion facility in Cupar. This innovation processes fresh, wet vegetables directly into crisps, something conventional factories can’t do. By pooling resources as a farmer-led collective, Growers Garden has already saved over 41 tonnes of food from landfill and achieved nationwide reach, with more than 350 UK stockists by 2025.
